PCCP Acquires 1.2M-SF Industrial Property in Pennsylvania

PCCP has acquired Ritner Logistics Center, a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial facility located at 3419 Ritner Hwy in Newville, Pennsylvania, within the Central Pennsylvania industrial market.

Built in 2019 and fully occupied by Newell Brands, a global consumer products company, the cross-dock configured warehouse features 36’ clear heights, 120 loading doors, 437 trailer stalls, a 200′ truck court, and ample car and trailer parking.

“Central Pennsylvania is an established bulk industrial market given its proximity to dense Northeast population centers, deep and accessible labor pool, and highway connectivity,” said Lia Barsanti, a Senior Vice President with PCCP. “PCCP believes acquiring a 100% leased warehouse at a meaningful discount to replacement cost in a core industrial node created a strong investment opportunity for our firm.”

The property’s location within Central PA and proximity to interstates allow for direct access to approximately 50% of the U.S. population and 60% of the Canadian population within a one-day truck drive.
