PBC Clears $385M Debt on Midtown Office Tower
Property & Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC) has issued Secured Bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to repay the $385 million JP Morgan Chase loan for 10 Bryant, the Midtown office tower that has achieved 99 percent occupancy.
Recent leases include Generate Capital’s 32,421 square feet across the 26th and 27th floors and Tilden Park Capital’s renewal of 16,140 square feet on the 28th floor. PBC’s rebranding and upgrades have maintained 10 Bryant as a premier corporate address. Tenants of the property include the law firm Baker & McKenzie, Lombard Odier and Varadero Capital.
