Paul Roeter Joins Cushman & Wakefield EDSF Team

Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed Paul Roeter, senior director, to the firm’s Equity, Debt and Structured Financing (EDSF) team in Seattle. Roeter will partner with Dave Karson, vice chairman and Chris Moyer, executive managing director to service the company’s clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Roeter joins Cushman & Wakefield from Urban Renaissance Group where he was a member of the investments team with the primary responsibility of sourcing, evaluating and executing acquisitions of new properties. Roeter also led and executed over two dozen capital transactions at URG totaling $3.3 billion.

Mark comes to ConnectCRE with an extensive background as a business and news reporter in San Francisco radio, as well as 35 years as a traffic reporter on several stations including KGO, KNBR, KCBS and KFRC. As a business reporter, Mark covered the tech world in Silicon Valley where he became familiar with real estate transactions in the hot Bay Area marketplace.
