Paul Mitchell Relocates Cosmetology School to HSA’s Mayfair MXU

Paul Mitchell The School Milwaukee will relocate its campus to a commercial site across from The Mayfair Collection, HSA Commercial’s 69-acre mixed-use development in Wauwatosa, WI. The cosmetology school signed an 8,434-square-foot lease in the building at 11415 W. Burleigh St., opposite The Mayfair Collection’s main entrance.

The new Paul Mitchell school will open to students this summer after relocating from its existing facility in Pewaukee, WI. Its campus will include a 28-chair clinic classroom, 12-chair barbering clinic classroom and five large classroom spaces for additional training.

“We believe this new location will help introduce Paul Mitchell The School to potential new students as well as salon guests who shop, eat and live in this vibrant mixed-use community,” said Tim Blum, EVP with HSA.
Developed by HSA, The Mayfair Collection includes more than 400,000 square feet of retail, a 146-key Hilton Homewood Suites and Synergy, a 269-unit luxury rental community.

HSA Commercial’s Robert Smietana will share his market insights as a speaker at Connect Industrial Midwest, coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
