Paul Massey-Led B6 Signs Up for Sixth Avenue HQ

B6 Real Estate Advisors, the newly-launched investment sales and capital advisory firm led by Paul Massey, has established 1040 Ave. of the Americas as its headquarters. The full-floor lease of 12,000 square feet was negotiated on B6’s behalf by William Montana of Savills Studley, and by William Cohen of NKF on behalf of landlord Skyline Properties.

“Having B6 Real Estate Advisors formally established in our new headquarters is an important milestone, as we continue to build our team in both New York and New Jersey,” said Massey. “The space, which features an open floor plan with an abundance of bright light streaming in through the windows, will effectively support and enhance our collegial, collaborative, connected and technology-forward culture.”

With its name based on its “Building by Building, Block by Block” approach, B6 will take occupancy at 1040 Sixth Ave. on July 30.
