Paul Massey Leads CRE Veterans in Launching New Commercial Brokerage

A trio of CRE veterans, led by Massey Knakal cofounder Paul Massey, has launched B6 Real Estate Advisors. The investment sales and capital advisory commercial brokerage firm will specialize in middle-market transactions ranging from $1 million to $200 million.

“Both the investment sales and capital advisory markets are extremely fragmented,” said Massey. “I’m confident that we will position ourselves as a leading firm in both spaces, especially given the emphasis we are going to put on leveraging our fully integrated company-wide technology and data platform to best service clients.”

Neil Heilberg and Michael Wlody are the cofounders of B6, which is short for Building by Building, Block by Block. They also hold day-to-day roles, as COO and CFO, respectively.

“B6 Real Estate Advisors is about harnessing the power of people, data and technology,” said Heilberg. “As a technology-forward firm, we will create efficiencies for our agents’ daily tasks.”
