Paul Massey Joins Conversation at Connect Media’s Investment & Finance

Joining a conversation on “The Agents of Change Transforming the Real Estate Industry—Innovation, Disruption, and Technology” is a New Yorker who is both an industry icon and an agent of change himself. Paul Massey, whose commercial real estate career spans four decades, is the latest addition to Connect Conferences’ Connect National Investment & Finance event, scheduled for Oct. 18 at Baruch College.

Earlier this year, Massey launched B6 Real Estate Advisors, now expanding its reach across the metro area. It combines a territorial brokerage network focusing on both investment sales and the debt business with a technology-forward platform.

“The technology aspect of our business relates to market transparency,” Massey recently told Connect Media. “We’ve got data on what transactions are happening in the market, what sales are happening and pricing on those.” That transparency extends into the debt side, as well. “We think that transparency in the market will make money cheaper,” said Massey.

Also appearing on the “Agents of Change” panel is Lewis Feldman, president of KBS Direct, which is taking a comparably game-changing approach to investment.
