Patterson-UTI Increases HQ Space

Drilling operator Patterson-UTI Energy expanded its Houston headquarters by 11,609 square feet. The company now occupies more than 50,000 square feet of the Remington Square II building, situated at 10713 W. Sam Houston Parkway North.

Remington Square consists of Class A office buildings constructed over the last two years. Patterson-UTI Energy relocated to the space from the Houston district of Greenspoint in 2016.

Stream Realty’s Ryan Bishop and Brad Fricks represented building owner Sun Life Assurance Co. in lease negotiations. NAI Partners’ Dan F. Boyles Jr. and Liz Westcott-Brown advised Patterson-UTI Energy.
