Pattatoni’s 402K-SF Des Moines Creek Business Park West Fully Leased

Newmark has arranged the full lease-up of Des Moines Creek Business Park West, a newly developed 405,680-square-foot industrial facility at 1800 S. 216th Street in Des Moines, Washington.

The property was developed by Panattoni Development Co. and built on a ground lease from the Port of Seattle. Newmark Executive Vice Chairman Thad Mallory and Vice Chairman Taylor Hoff, alongside Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Chris Corr, represented the owners, Panattoni Development Company and Principal Financial Group, in the transaction.

The lease marks another milestone for the Des Moines Creek industrial corridor, where modern logistics and manufacturing buildings have consistently attracted occupier demand. Situated adjacent to Interstate 5 and within close proximity to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the Port of Seattle and the Port of Tacoma, Des Moines Creek Business Park West represents one of the region’s newest large-scale industrial offerings. The building features 40-foot clear heights, 56 dock-high doors and parking for 68 trailer stalls.
