Patrinely Puts Kelch at Helm of Property Management

Houston-based Patrinely Group has promoted Lauren Kelch to SVP of property management. Since joining Patrinely  in 2019 as VP, Kelch has been instrumental in streamlining policies across the platform while overseeing optimal service delivery to clients and tenants.

Kelch has proven her leadership with her performance in managing and adapting to the unfolding COVID-19 pandemic, the company said. “Her ability to lead Patrinely Group’s operations through a global crisis has been pivotal,” according to a release.

The 12-year real estate veteran’s project management experience includes the construction or remodel of more than two million square feet of occupied office space within Houston’s CBD. Her previous experience includes positions held at Hines, Crescent Real Estate Equities, and Chevron Business and Real Estate Services.
