Patrinely Group Breaks Ground on Menifee Industrial Park

Houston-based Patrinely Group in partnership with Dune Real Estate Partners has broken ground on a three-building, 544,000-square-foot speculative industrial project in Menifee, CA. The development is the second and final phase of the industrial park, located just off Interstate 215 and Scott Road.

“This project represents the only remaining industrial development site in Menifee’s Southern Gateway that has been approved for pure industrial use, making it a highly sought-after development,” said Patrinely Group EVP Matt Chamberlain.

“We are offering today’s modern industrial users a premier location to service all of Southern California,” added the firm’s Dennis Tarro. “It is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity for prospective tenants.”

Spanning over 36 acres, the three rear-load buildings will offer 32’-36’ clear heights, 107 total dock-high doors and 130’-190’ truck court depths. The project will be developed by Patrinely Group and constructed by KPRS. KBC Advisors and Lee & Associates will handle the leasing.

Colliers’ Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno, Kenny Patricia, Joey Jones and Tucker Hohenstein represented the seller, Jupiter Holdings in the $61 million sale of the site to Patrinely Group.
