Patrick Toomey Joins JLL Retail Investment Team

JLL’s Capital Markets’ team expanded with the addition of Patrick Toomey, who joins as Executive Vice President, Retail. He’s part of a four-person team that also includes Tom Lagos, Jordan Uttal and Heather Boren. Toomey brings more than three decades of commercial real estate experience, including most recently serving at Faris Lee Investments.

Toomey notes on his LinkedIn page that he’s, “Excited to partner with Tom J. Lagos at JLL! Stay tuned!” The team has completed more than $2 billion in retail sales, including closing nearly $750 million in the last six years. The new JLL team will partner closely with Geoff Tranchina on investment sales and Scott Burns on brokerage.

Toomey’s most recent CRE role in investment sales involved leading more than 400 transactions valued at in excess of $3 billion. During his career, he’s also served at Matthews Retail Investment Advisors, Colliers International and was a leading member of one of CBRE’s most prolific retail teams for 10 years.

Lagos brings more than 23 years of experience specializing in the disposition of retail properties across the U.S. Throughout his career he has completed transactions valued at more than $3 billion.
