Pathway to Living, Caddis Open WI Assisted Living

Pathway to Living, the senior housing arm of Chicago-based real estate investor and operator Waterton, opened Heartis Village Brookfield in Brookfield, WI with significant pre-leasing. Pathway and owner/developer Caddis Healthcare Real Estate will hold a grand opening ceremony for the 105-unit assisted living and memory support community on Nov. 13.

The property includes 70 assisted living units and 35 memory care units. “We’ve developed a mix of programming and personalized care that is continually fined-tuned to optimize resident satisfaction, dramatically improve quality of life and ultimately, promote active aging,” said Maria Oliva, COO at Pathway, which will operate the community on behalf of Dallas-based Caddis.

Heartis Village Brookfield is the fourth Heartis-owned community managed by Pathway. It joins Heartis Village North Shore, in Glendale, WI; Heartis of Yardley, slated to open in 2020 in Yardley, PA; and Heartis Village of Orland Park in Orland Park, IL.
