Pastrami Queen Joins Tenant Lineup at New Moynihan Food Hall

Lee & Associates NYC announced today that it has represented Pastrami Queen, a New York City staple since 1956, in a 500-square-foot lease at Moynihan Food Hall. The classic kosher delicatessen, which has two other existing locations in the Upper East Side and Upper West Side, joins the food hall at the newly expanded transit hub alongside a roster of purveyors of high-quality fresh foods and locally sourced products.

Lee & Associates NYC represented Pastrami Queen. The landlord, Vornado Realty Trust, was represented in-house.

“Pastrami Queen is a classic New York brand that will be a great addition to the carefully curated food and beverage tenants at Moynihan,” said Peter Braus, managing principal and cofounder of Lee & Associates NYC. “Vornado has done an amazing job of creating a destination for New Yorkers and visitors alike.”
