Passco Enters San Antonio with 380-Unit Tribute at the Rim Buy

Passco Cos. made its first San Antonio acquisition, buying Tribute at the Rim from the developer, Kairoi Development. The 380-unit acquisition follows on the Irvine, CA-based investor’s April 2019 closing of the 330-unit Grayson in Spring, TX.

Scott Lamontagne, Moses Siller and Zar Haro with JLL represented the seller in the transaction. Chris Black and Caleb Marten of KeyBank Real Estate Capital’s Commercial Mortgage Group arranged acquisition financing on behalf of Passco.

Tribute at the Rim delivered in 2017 at 5810 Worth Pkwy., and offers one, two and three-bedroom units. Amenities include an infinity pool with water features and a fire pit, virtual fitness-on-demand classes, conference rooms and meeting spaces, 24-hour health club, fourth-floor sky lounge, bike storage and repair and bark park and dog grooming.
