Passco Continues Feeding Texas Hunger, Nabs 313-Unit Lakeview Villas

Passco Cos. LLC continued its Lone Star State buying spree with its acquisition of Lakeview Villas in New Braunfels, TX. The Southern California buyer shook hands with seller Koontz Corp. for its ownership claim of the 313-unit multifamily property. The buy is Passco’s sixth in Texas within the past six months.

Institutional Property Advisors’ Will Balthrope, Jordan Featherston and Drew Garza negotiated on behalf of the seller.

“New Braunfels is becoming a key location for those who work in San Antonio or Austin, but enjoy quieter and spacious living options,” said Passco’s Jake Niles. “Additionally, recent and upcoming deliveries of retail, office, and mixed-use product are bringing more jobs and convenience to the immediate area, further increasing interest in the city.”

Located at 2090 Sundance Pkwy., Lakeview Villas has one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a resort pool, poolside lounge and fire pit, fitness center, tanning beds and an on-grounds lake, surrounded by a walking trail.
