Pasha Group Relocates Offices to San Rafael Waterfront

Cushman & Wakefield represented both landlord San Rafael Land Company and tenant The Pasha Group, in a new lease totaling 45,147 square feet of Class A office space on the waterfront in San Rafael. The tenant is a family-owned diversified global logistics and transportation services company, which signed a long-term lease for space on the second and third floors of the three-story building at 2370 Kerner Blvd. The company is relocating its offices from another property in San Rafael, where it occupies a similar amount of space.

Trevor Buck and Brian Foster with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord. Brad Werner, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.

“We are excited to welcome The Pasha Group to the property and that they have re-committed their office presence to the North Bay Area for years to come,” said Buck. “The location also provides the ability to expand their space needs in the future.”
