Pasadena’s JRW Realty Arranges $25M Purchase of NY ShopRite

Net-Lease specialist JRW Realty has facilitated the $25 million purchase of a net-leased ShopRite in Uniondale, NY. The firm’s Aaron Bush coordinated the transaction for an undisclosed buyer. Prodigy Real Estate represented the seller, First National Realty Partners.

“We were thrilled to assist our client with the acquisition of such a high-quality asset in the prominent Long Island market of New York City,” said Bush in a news release. “The property is adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter, further accentuating its attractiveness as a shopping destination and its value as a real estate holding.”

Bush added that JRW Realty’s clients focus on properties with double or triple net leases backed by creditworthy tenants and the firm’s buyers are actively engaged in purchasing real estate with grocery store tenants like Kroger, Food Lion, Publix, Whole Foods Market and other chains.
