Party City Consolidates HQ to 209K SF in Woodcliff Lake
Party City Holdings signed a full-building lease at Signature Acquisitions’ 100 Tice Blvd., a 208,911-square-foot Class-A office building in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. The building will become the new global headquarters for North America’s largest retailer of party goods beginning in 2022.
Originally founded in East Hanover, NJ, Party City has had headquarters spread across offices in Rockaway, NJ and Elmsford, NY. As the company sought to consolidate its headquarters operations, Woodcliff Lake and the surrounding Upper Parkway submarket’s strong underlying fundamentals made it stand out among competing areas.
“Party City’s return to New Jersey exemplifies our portfolio’s continued deep appeal to a wide range of companies hoping to tap into all that makes the Tri-State area unique,” said Rich Travaglini, director of leasing for Signature Acquisitions.
