Partnership Snags 210-Room Wyndham Garden Hotel in Austin

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of the 210-room Wyndham Garden Austin hotel. The property is located just due south of the city’s downtown area.

Amenities at the pet-friendly property include a pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, 10,500 square feet of meeting space and a snack bar as well as airport shuttle service.

Allan Miller, Chris Gomes and Matt Omansky of Marcus & Millichap brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer was a partnership between two firms based in Texas and Arkansas conducting business as Dreamliner Global Inc. G&G Hospitality has been tapped to manage the hotel.
