Carleton Cos. and M.R. Development Corp. sold the recently delivered Julian at South Pointe, a 225-unit multifamily asset in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield, TX. Short Real Estate acquired the asset at 1300 Lowe Rd., for an undisclosed amount.

Drew Kile, Will Balthrope and Joey Tumminello, with Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors, represented the sellers and sourced the buyer. “The limited supply of new units coming to Mansfield over the next 12 months puts the new owner in an advantageous position,” Tumminello said.

Julian at South Pointe is situated on 9.7 acres. The property offers one, two and three-bedroom units, along with amenities such as a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchens with propane grills, resident wine seller and 24-hour parcel concierge.
