JV buys 362-unit Aura Galleria in Houston

Partnership Duo Buys 362-Unit Houston Apartment Project

Better World Holdings and New York-based Crown Capital Ventures have purchased Serenity of Cityside. The property, which is in Houston’s Galleria neighborhood, will start doing business as the Aura Galleria.

The 32-building, 362-unit property was built in 1968. The new ownership team plans to invest about $6 million into capital improvements. The development offers one, two and three-bedroom units as well as a pool, clubhouse and picnic areas.

The seller was an entity doing business as CPEP Beverly Palms LLC.

Texas-based Better World Holdings describes itself as a multi-faceted organization that has many services, “all under one roof”. Services include property management, construction management, reposition and apartment disposition.
