
Partnership Drops $31M on 350K-SF Office Complex near Downtown Tampa
Torose 6302 LLC, a joint venture between Torose Equities, Merrimac Ventures and Linkvest Capital, have acquired the Interstate Corporate Center located in Tampa, FL for $31 million. The 350,000 square-foot office complex sits on nearly 80 acres at 6302 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, six miles from Downtown Tampa central business district.
Linkvest Capital, which handles leasing for the building, is an alternative co-investment platform. Torose Equities is a real estate investment firm while Merrimac Ventures is a real estate investment and development firm.
Dale Peterson, Joe Chick, Kristen Hagen, Courtney Snell and Nick Sharpe with CBRE represented the seller, B&L Investments Interstate, a private investment group focused on acquiring commercial real estate along the west coast of FL.
Centennial Bank provided a $20.8-million loan to 6302 Torose LLC for the acquisition and improvements of 6302 Corporate Center.
The building was originally constructed in 1984 and renovated in 2018. The complex is currently approximately 80% leased to 11 tenants.
