Partnership Acquires Metro Nashville Power Center for $141M

Equity Street Capital, in partnership with Big V Property Group, has acquired The Avenue Murfreesboro, a 843,248-square-foot power center located in metro Nashville. The sales price was $141.3 million.

The power center consists of six multi-tenant buildings, eight freestanding outparcels and five vacant pads on more than 96 acres. The current tenant roster includes Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Belk, H&M and Petco.

“The property is one of the best retail centers in all of Tennessee and we can’t thank everyone enough who participated in putting this deal together,” said Paul Esajian, co-founder at Equity Street Capital.
