Partnership Acquires 522K-SF, Three-Building Industrial Portfolio in Dalton

A joint venture between Brennan Investment Group LLC and Global Gate Capital has purchased Greenpoint Industrial Park – Buildings 1-3, a portfolio of newly built industrial assets totaling 522,410 square feet in the Northwest Atlanta community of Dalton, GA. The buildings were completed in 2022 and 100% preleased during construction to The Recreational Group.

The three-property portfolio on Duckworth Road makes up the first phase of the master-planned Greenpoint Industrial Park. The second phase will add an additional 1.2 million square feet to the park.

Dennis Mitchell, Britton Burdette, Matt Wirth, Mitchell Townsend and Bo Osgood of JLL represented the developer and seller, Dalton, GA-based Dossche Holdings, LLC, a privately held real estate investment firm.

“This deal signifies the increasingly robust tenant demand and development activity that continues to push up the I-75 North Corridor into Cartersville, Adairsville, Calhoun and Dalton, GA,” said Mitchell.

Greenpoint Industrial Park is three miles from Interstate 75.
