Partners Unveil Details for Phase I of 72-Acre MXU

Patrinely Group and Rosewood Property Co. unveiled plans for the first “urban” phase of the mixed-use Heritage Creekside development in northwest Plano, TX. Going north will be the 343,800-square-foot One Heritage Creekside, a Class A office building, which is scheduled to open in Q4 2019.

One Heritage Creekside will be one of four office buildings that will make up the urban core of the 2.5-million-square-foot, mixed-use project, located along President George Bush Turnpike, west of U.S. 75. JLL’s Daryl Mullin and Chris Doggett will lead the office leasing and marketing efforts.

Other Heritage Creekside developments are underway by Rosewood, including a single-family and townhome component, along with Wynne’s Flying Fish and Rodeo Goat Ice House restaurants, which are under construction and expected to open in summer 2018.
