Partners to Build $50M Orthopedics Medical Complex within Midlothian’s Watkins Centre

ORTHOVIRGINIA, a VA-based orthopedic practice, is partnering with real estate investment and asset management company LINGERFELT and construction/development firm Hourigan to develop a $50-million, 77,000-square-foot medical office building in Midlothian, VA.

Hourigan and LINGERFELT have worked on over $150 million of projects together, including another ORTHOVIRGINIA facility.

The architectural firm PSH+ is designing the project and Timmons Group is providing the project’s site planning services.

The asset will be located within the the Watkins Centre, a mixed-use development community anchored by a Bon Secours Emergency Center; a 90,000 square-foot Class A office; a 50-bed memory care facility; 780 residential units and retail.
