Partners to Bring 2M-SF Industrial Development along I-4 in Deltona

USAA Real Estate and Seefried Industrial Properties have partnered to develop I-4 Logistics Park in Deltona, FL. The campus will provide 1.8 million square feet of Class-A industrial space.

I-4 Logistics Park is off I-4, 10 miles north of the beltway around Orlando. The next closest industrial development that can currently accommodate users looking for more than 250,000 square feet of space is 150 miles south in Fort Pierce.

The development will be built in two phases and will include four buildings. Phase one will include construction of the first building totaling 984,960 square feet, with an expected completion of January 2023. The remaining three buildings will be built during phase three and will range in size from 112,860 square feet to 519,200 square feet.

The larger buildings will include 40’ clear height, on-site trailer queuing, car and trailer parking, and multi-tenant capability.

She supported two membership-elected presidents who were commercial real estate practitioners, and managed the communications initiatives of the organization’s commercial special interest group. When not following the latest commercial real estate news, Lisa is zeroed in on her charismatic off-the-track thoroughbred as she makes the transition from an utterly failed racehorse to a lovely show hunter.
