Partners Snaps Up Midtown 60-Story Tower Leasing Assignment

Partners Real Estate (“Partners”) has been appointed exclusive office leasing agent for 1072 West Peachtree, a new 60-story mixed-use tower in Midtown Atlanta, developed by Rockefeller Group. The high-rise is set to be the tallest building constructed in the city in over three decades. 

Partners Aileen Almassy and Melanie Wolfe will lead the leasing efforts for the 224,000-square-foot, five-star, Class-A office space.

When completed in Spring 2026, 1072 West Peachtree will offer a robust amenity package. The 10th floor of the tower offers over one acre of indoor and outdoor amenities. It will be home to Midtown’s largest outdoor amenity deck, featuring collaborative and lounge seating areas and a flexible-use lawn for gathering, gaming, or events. Inside, the 30,000-square-foot amenity floor will include lounges, meeting and conference spaces, and a fitness club with spa treatments, recovery services, yoga, and strength training. The building will have multiple all-day dining options, including coffee, casual grab-and-go, and full-service restaurants.
