Partners Launch Construction on 900-Acre M3 Ranch

Hanover Property Co. and the McCaslin family/M.R. Development officially broke ground on M3 Ranch, a 900-acre master-planned community in Mansfield, TX. The development at 2345 S. 2nd Ave. is the first master-planned development to go north on the west side of the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb.

M3 Ranch will offer residential and commercial properties. Upon completion, the development will have approximately 1,600 single-family residences, townhomes and custom products. The single-family homes will start from the mid-$300,000s. Also on the property will be an amenity center, parks and trails. Homebuilders have not yet been named.

The McCaslin family worked with local land owners to form the development. “The collaboration and partnership between Hanover Property and our family to bring M3 Ranch to life has been a blessing,” said Bobby McCaslin. “We are so thankful for the support we have received in Mansfield.”
