Partners Real Estate has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 1000 Main, a premier office tower in the heart of Downtown Houston. The 36-story structure has 837,161 square feet of office space.

The tower stands to benefit significantly from a series of neighborhood developments. The Main Street Promenade is set to revitalize the corridor with enhanced walkability, streetscape improvements, and renewed street-level activity. This multi-block investment, combined with the redevelopment of 1021 Main into a high-end residential destination directly across the street, positions 1000 Main at the center of big changes. In addition, Houston’s climate-controlled tunnel system connects thousands of people across 95 city blocks of downtown.

The leasing efforts for the asset will be led by Partners’ Michael Anderson, Chip Colvill, and Audrey Parsons.  

The building will soon be at 74% occupancy. Major tenants include Shell, Porter Hedges, and UBS. Retail tenants include Whataburger, Potbelly, and Corner Bakery.
