Partners Real Estate has hired commercial real estate industry veterans Chip Colvill, Michael Anderson, Win Haggard, Damon Thames, Brad Beasley, Diana Bridger, and Connor Saxe. All seven came from Cushman & Wakefield and have joined Partners’ Office Agency Leasing practice in Houston.

Partners CEO Jon Silberman said, “We are thrilled to have this team join Partners. This latest addition also further validates Partners’ unique equity partnership structure at the top level and the ability for our professionals to leverage the investment and development side of the business.” Four come on as equity partners, the other three as Senior Vice Presidents.

In a press release, Partners touts, “This team’s decision to join Partners represents a major shift in the commercial real estate landscape in Houston.” Partners currently has offices in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Ft. Worth, and Atlanta, and continued growth is expected.
