Partners Group Pays $212M to Acquire Biltmore Center

Partners Group acquired Biltmore Center, a 635,409-square-foot office campus in Phoenix. The New York City buyer paid $212 million to sellers ViaWest Group and AllianceBernstein Holding LP for the asset at 24th Street and Camelback Road. ViaWest continues to hold a minority ownership interest in the property, and will manage it as well.

The buy included:

  • The 211,624-square-foot Biltmore Center I, 2390 E. Camelback Rd.
  • The 288,435-square-foot Biltmore Center II, 2398 E. Camelback Rd.
  • The 135,350-square-foot Biltmore Center III, 2394 E. Camelback Rd.

The buildings opened in 1985 to 1990, and have an average occupancy level of 89%. Phil Breidenbach SIOR and Ryan Timpani of Colliers International in Phoenix have been leasing the property, and will continue to do so.
