Campus First Student Living and CF Real Estate Services LLC banded together to buy the 648-bed University Orchard from the developer, GMH Capital Partners. The property, which delivered in 2013, is at 106 Farmers Market Rd., and serves Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD, which is part of the University System of Maryland. The sales price was undisclosed.

Campus First will oversee management of the property, as well as a $600,000 renovation program. Upgrades will include a new dog park, addition of an outdoor LED screen in the pool and terrace area, and renovation of the clubhouse’s interiors and exteriors. The fitness and study areas will also be enhanced.
