Partner Will Implement Rabbet Platform Across Thousands of Projects

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. said it would adopt Rabbet’s technology across thousands of commercial real estate construction projects representing billions of dollars in value. Torrance, CA-based Partner’s implementation of Rabbet, headquartered in Austin, is expected to be complete in the first quarter of 2021.

Frank Romeo, president of Partner, said, “Our business is to manage risk and facilitate deals for our clients. We’re investing in innovative technology like Rabbet to support those goals as our industry continues its digital transformation.”

With the new technology, Partner clients will have the option of a centralized location to manage all aspects of their hard costs, soft costs, inspection reports, funding sources, and project tracking in addition to comprehensive portfolio-level reporting, the two companies said.

Rabbet co-founder and CEO Will Mitchell said, “Our collaboration with Partner is a huge step forward in Rabbet’s goal of increasing the speed and efficiency of construction finance.”
