Partner Valuation Advisors Adds Veteran Appraiser William Picoli

Partner Valuation Advisors has added William Picoli, MAI, CRE, FRICS, as SVP in New York. With over 35 years of experience and more than 2,500 assignments across 15 states, Picoli’s career spans high-profile assignments including the GM Building, 432 Park Ave. and the Fulton Transit Center.

Picoli has worked in project advisory roles at Avison Young and Newmark, serving clients such as Columbia University, NYC Economic Development Corporation, and NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation. His work has helped shape landmark developments, rezoning initiatives and strategic planning for some of the region’s most complex real estate projects.

Notably, Picoli served as a consultant to NYC’s East Midtown Rezoning proposal, advising on the pricing of development improvement bonuses that increased zoning density across 70 blocks. He also provided valuation and consulting services for Columbia University’s planned acquisition and development of a new 17-acre Manhattanville campus, including complex land and development rights below the streets.
