Partner Valuation Advisors Adds Valuation Expert in Charlotte

Chicago-based Partner Valuation Advisors, a national commercial real estate valuation advisory firm, added Erica Butler, MAI, as Executive Vice President to help drive the company’s growth in Charlotte, as well as throughout the rest of North and South Carolina.

Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, Butler brings more than a decade of valuation experience and a client base of investment funds, insurance companies, and banks. Her appraisal experience includes industrial, retail, office, multifamily, adaptive reuse properties, easement valuation, and special-use properties such as religious facilities, schools, and racetracks. Prior to joining Partner, she was a Director at BBG.
