Partner Valuation Advisors Adds Jeff Colton in Irvine Office

Partner Valuation Advisors continues expanding its leadership team with the addition of Jeff Colton, MAI, who joins the firm in California as EVP. A multifamily specialist with experience throughout the Western U.S., Colton is based in Partner Valuation Advisors’ Southern California office in Irvine.

Colton most recently served at Cushman & Wakefield. He started his career in the senior housing communities’ sector focusing on independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities.

“Partner Valuation Advisors is in a unique position to provide clients with a holistic perspective on properties, leveraging our data and interactions with investors across the country to provide better advisory services to these clients,” said Colton. 

He continued, “The team at Partner Valuation Advisors is ideally aligned and matched with the resources and relationships at Partner Engineering & Science that will allow me to continue to grow, as well as help expand the business on the West Coast, and specifically in the multifamily sector.”

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
