Partner Names Justin Alexander as SVP in Seattle

Real estate valuation advisory company Partner Valuation Advisors is expanding its Pacific Northwest presence with the addition of Justin Alexander, MAI, as Senior Vice President in Seattle. Alexander brings more than six years of appraisal experience to his role, encompassing multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use projects as well extensive experience in rural markets.

“The volatility being experienced in the commercial real estate markets today demands that valuation experts are brought into the mix early to ensure investors make informed decisions,” commented Partner Valuation Advisors’ Senior Managing Director Eric Enloe. “The addition of Justin in the Pacific Northwest strengthens our team and will play a key role in our endeavors to  better serve our clients in the region.”

Prior to joining Partner Valuation Advisors, Alexander served as a Senior Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors and brings valuable experience in Colorado’s particularly challenging high barrier-to-entry resort markets.
