Partner ESI Grows Team by Nearly 160 During Pandemic

Torrance-based Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has added 158 people since July, a growth rate designed to meet needs in the coming year. Headlining the new additions were Gary Cohn, who joined as Director of Institutional A&E Services, and Bob Barone, as Director of Institutional Construction Services.

“These sought-after architects, engineers, and assessors are among the 30+ experts that we’ve added to our institutional teams over the last few months. They will expand and enrich our offerings in engineering and environmental assessments, roof consulting, building technology consulting, litigation support, and more,” writes Partner about the new additions.

Cohn is a 40-year industry veteran who brings substantial expertise spanning the entire lifecycle of an asset. A trusted advisor to many of the nation’s largest CRE investors, Cohn is known for delivering in-depth consulting and white glove service on landmark projects.

During his 40-year career in CRE, Barone has pioneered due diligence standards and construction risk management practices, including standards for PCAs and Mold/Moisture Surveys.

Other recent additions include:
Robin Rednose-Lewis, who joined as Director of ALTA Survey Services, bringing more than 22 years of cumulative experience. She will take the helm of Partner’s national Land Surveying Coordination practice and mobilize operational integration strategies.

Partner welcomed Michael Bock, CCCA, RRC, LEED AP to its Integrated Facilities Solutions Team. Bock, who most recently served at CBRE, joined along with his eight-member team who bring more than 120 years of experience in construction and design.

Veteran engineer Justin Lia, PE, LEED AP joined Partners’ White Plains, NY office, bringing more than 20 years of diverse experience in construction, engineering and commercial real estate brokerage.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
