Partner Adds CRE Valuation Expert in Charlotte

Partner Valuation Advisors (Partner), a national commercial real estate valuation advisory firm, added Erica Butler, MAI, as Executive Vice President to help drive the company’s growth in Charlotte, as well as throughout the rest of North and South Carolina.

As of mid-August 2023, Partner has completed over 2,250 valuations with an aggregate commercial real estate value over $58 billion across 49 states. The Partner team has grown to over 90 professionals across 27 markets nationwide, making it one of the fastest-growing companies in the commercial real estate industry.
