Parsons Commercial Group Appoints Brian DiFederico as CFO 

Brian DiFederico has joined Parsons Commercial Group as its new CFO. DiFederico will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. 

He brings a wealth of financial expertise from his tenure as an audit manager at Bollus Lynch LLP, where he oversaw financial statement audits for diverse entities, including non-profits and for-profit organizations. DiFederico’s background in accounting is complemented by his B.S. in Accounting from Bryant University and an MBA from Assumption College. DiFederico also has twelve years of experience in public accounting, along with a CPA license.
