Parkview Names Rodgers Senior Loan Originator in Seattle

Parkview Financial has tabbed industry veteran Blake Rodgers as Senior Loan Originator, and will launch the firm’s first Pacific Northwest office in Seattle. In his new role, Rodgers will focus on sourcing and executing commercial bridge and construction loan opportunities throughout the United States.

“I have known Blake for a number of years and he has a proven reputation in the lending industry. He was a strategic fit with our firm’s culture, client-centric focus and professional skillset,” said Paul Rahimian, CEO of Parkview Financial.

Rodgers brings 15 years of real estate lending and business development experience to Parkview. He most recently resided at Builders Capital where he originated over $850 million in construction financing.

“I was attracted to Parkview’s stellar track record for providing borrowers with a full-service commercial construction financing platform,” said Rodgers. “I am looking forward to this new chapter of my career, and being a part of the firm’s growth and success.”
