Parkview Financial has opened a New York City office

Parkview Financial Opens NYC Office

Parkview Financial, a direct private lender specializing in construction and short-term bridge loans, has opened a New York City office. Located at 1 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan, the office will be led by senior loan officer Luke Hingson. Over the next 24 months, the firm is seeking to recruit four additional team members to this office.

“It is important for us to be physically in the heart of the financial capital of the U.S. as we grow our platform,” said Paul Rahimian, CEO and Founder of Parkview. “We have originated close to $500 million of loans in the Tri-State area over the past 12 months, and we believe that activity will snowball as we continue to gain momentum with our expanding pool of borrowers and investors.”

The new office marks Parkview’s fourth U.S. location with its headquarters in Los Angeles and offices in Atlanta and Denver.
