Parkview Financial Opens First East Coast Office in Atlanta

Direct private lender Parkview Financial has opened its first East Coast office. The firm’s new office will be located at 3340 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 1815 in Atlanta.

The office will be led by Construction Loan Manager, John Buchhalter. Buchhalter will oversee the financing needs of borrowers and their projects throughout the East Coast and Midwest markets, with plans to expand the new office to at least ten team members over the next 18 to 24 months.

The Atlanta office marks Parkview’s third U.S. location with its headquarters in Los Angeles and an office in Denver. In 2020 the firm provided construction financing for 26 loans totaling more than $600 million nationwide. Parkview Financial is a direct private lender specializing in ground up commercial and residential real estate financing.
