Parkview Financial Names Brad Ross Managing Director/Head of Origination
Brad Ross has been named managing director and head of originations for Parkview Financial, a direct private lender specializing in ground-up commercial and residential real estate financing. Ross will work out of Parkview’s Los Angeles headquarters.
He will lead the firm’s nationwide team of originators and manage the investment process. In addition to helping grow the portfolio, Ross will focus on instilling best practices, strengthening borrower and broker relationships, and expanding Parkview’s standing and participation in the marketplace.
Prior to joining Parkview, Ross was a VP at Madison Realty Capital, where he established and oversaw the company’s Los Angeles office. He has also held positions at Calmwater Capital, Karlin Real Estate and Major Properties.
He holds degrees from the UCLA Anderson School of Management (MBA) and the University of Michigan (BA). He is an active member of the UCLA Ziman Center Endowment Circle and UCLA mentorship program, and also an emeritus board member for the UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group.
