Parkview Executes $1.2B in Loan Originations, Doubling Record

Parkview Financial executed more than $1.2 billion in loan originations, doubling its previous record in 2020. This included a total of 38 construction and short-term bridge loans in 20 states across the nation. Additionally, the firm launched its first East Coast office in Atlanta and increased its employee roster by 50 percent from the size of its 2020 team.

“Parkview Financial executed more financing than ever before in 2021 and has grown substantially in the aftermath of COVID,” said Paul Rahimian, CEO and founder of Parkview Financial. “I think much of our success is because we were able to close loans with a certainty of execution when other lenders chose to pull back and wait on the sidelines or tighten their lending requirements.”

Rahimian says Parkview believes the demand will remain strong for construction and bridge loans despite the Fed signaling several interest rate hikes this year. Multifamily will continue to be the dominant sector for new development as projections for demand significantly outpace supply on a national basis.

During the past 12 months, Parkview’s assets under management increased by 55 percent from 2020, says Austin Carlson, head of investor relations.

“This is a direct result of consistent profitability and confidence in our firm’s operations, management and transparency with its investors,” says Carlson. “When investors trust the intricacies of a platform, they increase their commitments.”
