Parkside Realty Tops Off Fulton Market Offices

Parkside Realty Inc. topped off at Fulton East, a 12-story, 90,000-square-foot, office and retail building in the Fulton Market District. Chicago-based Clayco is leading the design-build effort for Fulton East with its in-house architecture firm, Lamar Johnson Collaborative.

Located at 215 N. Peoria St., Fulton East is scheduled to open its doors in June 2020. It will be among Fulton Market’s first new-construction boutique office properties, said Parkside CEO Bob Wislow.

“In just a few months, we will deliver a building that offers flexible floor plans to meet the workspace needs of companies desiring a Fulton Market address to attract top talent,” Wislow said. It features eight floors of 10,605 square feet each, and 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

Clayco CEO Bob Clark noted that Parkside opted for design-build on Fulton East. “By choosing this collaborative approach, Parkside has been able to keep Fulton East on track,” said Clark.
