Parkside Realty Taps Veteran Schenberg as EVP

Development and property management firm Parkside Realty, Inc., headquartered in Chicago, has added industry veteran Barbara Schenberg as EVP of leasing.  Schenberg brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience assisting private and institutional owners with leasing and development of Chicago area properties.

“Barb is a sought-after expert on Chicago’s downtown and neighborhood submarkets, as well as its office real estate landscape,” said Camille Julmy, vice-chairman of Parkside. “She is highly respected for her thoughtful analysis and dynamic approach to showcasing properties, and we know she will bring tremendous value to our team.”

Schenberg joins Parkside after nine years as executive director of the agency leasing team at Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for leasing and new business development. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Schenberg spent the majority of her career as SVP at The John Buck Company.
