Parking Garage with Air Rights Trades on Upper West Side

Ariel Property Advisors has arranged the $9.35-million sale of a parking garage at 102 W. 107th St. Located between Amsterdam and Columbus avenues on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, the property stands four stories and features two service elevators and below-grade space.

The property sale was arranged by an Ariel Property Advisors team including EVP Victor Sozio, president Shimon Shkury, EVP Michael Tortorici, director Mark Anderson and associate director Courtney Lee.

In addition to the parking garage’s 29,700 square feet, it also features a 75-by-101-foot lot with approximately 576 square feet of air rights. The location itself is in a prime location for residential use, near the Cathedral Pkwy station on the B and C lines and within close walking distance to Central Park, Morningside Park, a variety of retail outlets and restaurants, the Nicholas Roerich Museum, The Cathedral of Saint John the Divine and Columbia University.
